Most home electrical work starts with something small: a breaker that keeps tripping, an outlet that stopped working, a room that needs more light. We find the cause and explain it in plain terms, then give you a written estimate before any work starts.
Bigger projects follow the same process. For a remodel, an addition or a panel upgrade, we walk the job with you, quote it in writing and handle the permits and inspections.

Troubleshooting and repairs
Tripping breakers, dead outlets, flickering lights and circuits that stopped working. We find the fault before we quote the fix.
Panel upgrades
More capacity for an EV charger, a heat pump or a remodel, and replacement of panels that no longer hold up.
Outlets, switches and dedicated circuits
New outlets where you need them, GFCI and AFCI protection, and dedicated circuits for appliances, workshops and hot tubs.
Lighting, fans and dimmers
Recessed and fixture lighting, ceiling fans, exterior lights and dimmer controls.
Remodel and addition wiring
Wiring planned with your contractor or designer, roughed in, inspected and finished.

Shoe covers on, tools off your floors. We explain the work, answer your questions and clean up before we leave. If something changes once the walls are open, we write it up and you approve it before we go ahead.
Permits and inspections
Most electrical work beyond a like-for-like swap needs a permit in Washington. We pull the permit, book the inspection and close it out, so the work is on record when you sell or insure the house.

Do you work on houses, or only commercial buildings?
Both. We are a licensed general electrical contractor (EC01) and do residential repairs, upgrades and remodel wiring as well as commercial work.
How does pricing work for a home service call?
A service trip fee covers the visit and diagnosis. Repairs are quoted separately before work starts, so you know the price first. Call for current service rates.
My breaker keeps tripping. Is that dangerous?
A breaker trips to protect the wiring, so it is doing its job, but repeated trips mean something is wrong: an overloaded circuit, a failing appliance or a wiring fault. Stop resetting it and have it checked.
