We are set up as a commercial electrical contractor, and most of our work has been for cafés, restaurants, shops, offices and the people who manage their buildings. We work directly with owners, property managers and general contractors.
We plan around your operating hours and discuss shutdowns before they happen. Early starts and evening work are available by arrangement, between 5am and 9pm.

Service calls and troubleshooting
Tripping breakers, dead circuits, voltage problems and equipment that will not run. We find the cause before we quote the fix.
Lighting and LED retrofits
Interior, exterior and high-bay lighting replaced with LED, including controls, in spaces that stay open to the public.
Service and panel upgrades
More capacity for new equipment, including three-phase and 208V power.
Tenant improvements
Electrical for retail, office and restaurant build-outs, from layout to final inspection.
Kitchen and equipment power
Circuits, disconnects and connections for commercial kitchen and shop equipment.
Occupied and historic buildings
Work in buildings where people are living, working or shopping, and in older buildings that need a careful approach.
Paperwork that property managers need
We carry $1M/$2M general liability, $1M auto and a $5M umbrella policy, with workers’ comp through L&I, and issue certificates of insurance on request. Changes are written up and approved before the work goes ahead.
High-bay LED retrofit
Eighteen high-bay fixtures replaced with LED in a facility open to the public. Work was completed before opening hours, with the lift on floor protection.

Can you work before or after business hours?
Yes. Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Early and late work between 5am and 9pm is available by arrangement, and we discuss access and shutdowns with you before work begins.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes. Certificates of insurance are issued on request, for owners, property managers and general contractors.
Do you work for general contractors?
Yes. We work directly with owners, property managers and general contractors. Changes are written up and approved before the work goes ahead.
