Seattle electrician
Seattle issues its own electrical permits through SDCI; Shoreline’s come from L&I. Both are served by Seattle City Light, whose EV charging programs focus on multifamily buildings and public charging.
Eastside electrician
Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Sammamish issue their own electrical permits; Bothell, Woodinville and Issaquah use L&I. Puget Sound Energy serves the Eastside and offers a rebate on qualifying home chargers.
Snohomish County electrician
Everett, Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace issue their own electrical permits; Mill Creek and Edmonds use L&I. Snohomish County PUD serves the whole county; its residential charger rebate ended at the end of 2025.
